As EVP and General Manager of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, Simon managed the development and release of hundreds of programs – generating over $3Bn in annual sales with over 200 new releases a year. He managed the distribution and marketing for Twentieth Century Fox Film & Television in addition to MGM, Relativity, and DreamWorks Animation. Including the management of many major franchises such as Avatar, Titanic, Star Wars, Ice Age, Alvin and the Chipmunks, James Bond, Die Hard, Aliens, the X-Men and many more.
In addition to launching worldwide franchises he recognized an underserved market and launched Fox Faith in 2002 (the first ever big studio division dedicated to serving the faith-based audience) which generated more than $700mm in revenue. He selected and secured rights to multiple successful properties such as Passion of The Christ , Strawberry Shortcake, Love Comes Softly, Ultimate Gift, and The Bible. He also developed and greenlighted several highly successful sequels such as Behind Enemy Lines, Wrong Turn, Dr. Dolittle and The Marine.
He has championed and created new markets within the realms of entertainment and digital media delivery channels during his tenure at Fox, Disney and Warner Brothers in a career spanning more than two decades. He is currently Producing/Executive Producing several movies including 6 Below, I Can Only Imagine, The Amy Purdy Story, The Kings Daughter and Tour Dates.

Before that, Mr. Liberatore led the Charlotte, NC-based Speed Channel for five years as President. He joined the network soon after it was bought by News Corp., relaunched, rebranded, reprogrammed and relocated it, transforming the network from Speedvision to Speed Channel. Under Mr. Liberatore’s leadership, Speed Channel significantly increased its revenue and viewership. He also held executive positions at FOX Sports/Sunshine Network and Madison Square Garden earlier in his career.

Michael Flaherty co-founded Walden Media in his apartment with his brother Chip and his college roommate in 1999. Flaherty served as the President of Walden Media during its most successful fifteen years. Under his leadership, Walden co-financed and produced nearly two dozen movies that grossed over $3 billion at the global box office, including The Chronicles of Narnia, Bridge to Terabithia, Holes, The Giver, Charlotte’s Web, and Amazing Grace. Flaherty also pioneered grassroots marketing to the faith and educational communities beginning in the year 2000.
Flaherty left Walden in 2015 to homeschool his children and produce films independently. He served as an Executive Producer on the Cesar-Award Winning animated film “The Little Prince,” “Happy Mother’s Day,” starring Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston, and the recent surprise hit “I can Only Imagine.” Flaherty also started Epiphany Story Labs, currently working on several mini -series for films, including “Tiger,” the recent #1 New York Times best-seller about Tiger Woods, and “The Disruptors”, a series about entrepreneurs who radically changed the world thought their innovations despite facing cynicism and David vs. Goliath type odds.
Mark “Oz” Geist is a member of the Annex Security Team that fought the Battle of Benghazi, Libya, from September 11 to September 12, 2012. A Colorado native, Mr. Geist joined the United States Marine Corps in 1984. During his time in the service, he served in Barracks Duty in the Philippines, then with the 2nd Battalion 9th Marines Golf Company, as well as the Surveillance and Target Acquisition Platoon. He then was chosen to serve in the newly formed Marine Cadre program as an Anti-/Counter- Terrorism Instructor. Upon the completion of a very successful tour and re-enlistment, Mr. Geist changed his military occupational specialty to the Intelligence field, specializing in Interrogation Translation. He attended language school where he studied Persian Farsi.
After serving 12 years in the United States Maine Corps, Mr. Geist became a Deputy Sheriff in Teller County, Colorado. In that role, he was assigned as liaison with the Vice Narcotics and Intelligence Unit in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as well as an Investigator for Crimes against Children. Certified as a Forensic Interviewer of children, he investigated numerous case of abuse in which he helped to secure convictions of the perpetrators. He then took a job as Chief of Police in Fowler, Colorado. After leaving the Fowler Police Department, Mr. Geist began his own business in private investigations as well as bounty hunting and bail bonds.
In 2004, Mr. Geist began doing contract security work in Iraq. He worked for Triple Canopy, providing Personal Security Details for Department of State personnel in Baquba, Iraq. Upon the completion of that contract he worked for USIS, the United States Investigative Services, training Iraqi SWAT teams and Personal Security Details. He also served as a mentor/advisor to the Personal Security Detail of Dr. Ayad Allawi, the former Prime Minister of Iraq.
Mr. Geist finished his career as a security contractor in Benghazi, Libya, where he was credited with helping to save the lives of more than 25 Americans. Mr. Geist is still recovering from the injuries he sustained in the battle. He is a co-author of the bestselling book 13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi.
For over 30 years, Garth Franklin has been a driving force behind creative inspiration, production, promotion and development of film and television content. At Magnolia Pictures, he worked directly with filmmakers for the pioneering on demand platform, “watch now before it’s in theaters”, and was involved in the promotion and advertising of many successful films. He is a multiple Emmy award winning writer, director and producer of sports documentaries and has marketed and promoted content for some of the fastest growing television networks over his career.
As past president of Christian Sportsmen’s Fellowship launched in 1995, a non-profit outdoors membership and event organization, Richard, now serving as Chairman Emeritus, has led the start-up of over 350 church-based chapters engaging almost 30,000 sportsmen in outdoors ministry and hosting over 80 Sportsmen’s Prayer Breakfasts. He has served alongside many conservation and 2nd Amendment Rights organizations including National Shooting Sports Foundation “Shot Show”, Safari Club International, Wild Sheep Foundation, American Sportfishing Association, National Rifle Association. Jordan has also published The Christian Sportsman Magazine since 2001, and has hosted The Christian Sportsman Radio Show on BlogTalk to reach an ever-expanding target market of American sportsmen and their families.
